Wondering this myself. thinking I am just going to remove it. Or tie the lever down to deliver full flow.

i removed mine. it was really easy. i just had to bend one line a bit to hook it back up. the truck stopped alot easier after i got rid of it. i dont think the back brakes were doing anything before.
