That is a custom frame on a shitbox and still cant run 4 semi's. OP has a square body with step notched stock frame.

comegetsome has posted that he is running a shitbox 1-ton SRW axle, and it appears to be in between the square DRW and the C&C axles in terms of length.

Also, twisteddually built the rear half of his frame with the rails pinched in for clearance with the C&C. His truck is backhalfed, not sure you could pinch the rails with just a notch. Not easily anyway.

First off, I posted the pic to give an idea to the OP on his original question regardless of what style truck it was. He made no mention of weather or not he intended to keep his original frame or not.
Second, I know it was his intention not to run 4 semi's in the rear. (I don't see 24" inners on the rear of yours in original pic posted)
Third, if we are talking shitboxes, Based on the pictures I've seen of your truck, between yours, and his, well...

I want to apologize to yellowGT in advance for the clutter me and BHB have made in this thread.
BHB, IMO the pics you posted are of no relevance to this thread. The OP wants ideas on what to do with what he has. Your pics suggest starting from scratch. Nobody said I have 24" inners, search my posts and you will see I have posted many times that I would like to be able to run them.
And don't forget to put yourself on your list-my truck, "his," and the truck in your sig......

The original question was vauge, excuse me for not being able to read the OP's mind about his final intentions. It was an idea. Maybe you can find it in yourself to school him about providing a more detailed post, since you have no time for me.
(maybe that was in the "lingo", and I didn't catch it)
Yeah...The english lanagauge escapes me sometimes. Sorry.

As for the truck in my sig, I would agree, and it is a work truck, first, and foremost, and a project truck second.
Here's my other shitbox on the list... (I figured I'd have my dually as my sig on a dually forum, but hey...what do I know?)

STOP THE BICKERING! sorry if I didnt make myself clear but wideload is right. I have a square body with a c&c rearend in which is off-centered so it makes it hard to mount bag brackets and to add to it, the gas tanks do not help the issue. So I was asking for suggestions or pictures of other set-ups to give me an idea. I dont want to build the back half of my frame just work with what I have now. I will be running 4 semi's on the rear.

yellowGT, have you thought about scrapping the dual tanks in favor of a rear mounted 'burban/blazer tank or fuel cell?

What image host are you using? I like photobucket.

Maybe this thread should be a sticky in the new members section:
