Any of you guys running a 4-link with a 5th and 6th link(s) for rear lift?

Ive ran a two link on my stepside with two rear bars for the lift. Works well as long as the lift bars are long enough. If they are too short, the bags will stretch at an angle.

How was the ride? I want max lift and durability, I dont want sacrifice one from the other. I was planning on using the rear spring hangers and mounting shackles on axle for this application with homemade 4 link. I bagged a 65 Cadi and it has the factory triangulated 4 link, We added 2 extra lift bars from the front mounted to a custom made crossmember. Just looking for some opinions, thanks Nasty.

What I did was build a 3link that bolted to the stock leaf spring mounts and I built a crossmember just in front of the rear hitch and hung the lift bars from there and then attached them to the rearend using the factory rear shackles so they could piot which is what you are talking about doing if I understand correctly. Except your lift bars will be on the outside of the frame.
