ok so use 3/4 ton non dually spindle? If so thats coll then I don't have to change over the front

The only thing about the 3/4 ton conversion on the front those trucks is that it actually sets the wheel in a little too far. I think that on Townasty the control arms were extended around 1" overall with the 3/4 ton hubs.
On the rear you will most likely have to narrow the rails on the step van rear with 4 22s. I know on 90-2000 models you will have to but I am not positive on the square boddies.
