74 dually

Hey guys, got a 74 dually that im building and need to know if drop spindles are available. I am also wanting to put on 19 semi wheels, and was wondering where to get them? Will I need to cut alot out of the front/ rear?

19" 8 lug bolt on w/tires will run around 2300 or 2400 depending on tire brand prefered.
