Im having a tough time finding a cylinder hone thats an 86mm... could anyone help with some options?

You mean just to rough up the cylinders? I did the free loaner tool from Autozone for my B2200 engine; they also have them for sale at reasonable price.

If you're talking about opening up the bores for larger pistons, then you need a machine shop.

The hones I have seen are either grit balls on springs or three long stones which are mounted on a central shaft that has a spring creating outward pressure. Either of these types should do the job for you. I bought my hone at Sears.

Yeah I'm talking about the flex hones, does it matter if it's a 3 1/2 in since I would technically need to use a 3 2/5 in

The hone at 3.5 inches would be right because you have to have some pressure to cut into the cylinder walls. You retract the stones to fit them into the bore and then release your hand pressure.
