ECM/ECU refurbished or repair in Canada?

Hey guys, I'm trying to find a refurbished ECU for my '90 B2600i. Ideally I'd like to find one in Canada, or someone north of the border who is good at repairing them so I can have my current one fixed. I'm located on Vancouver Island.
