Steel inner with 22 ?? Please help

What size tire do I run on the inner steel 16" wheel with running 22" semi wheel and tire 265 35 22 on the out side in the rear ?

This site is DEAD but a quick search of the site thru google using the terms "site:duallyscene.com steel inner" without the quotes brought up 265/75/16 as matching up with a 265/35/22 in the thread 'Set up to TOW' at http://www.duallyscene.com/threads/15088
I also confirmed using the NTWonline tire calculator and both size come out to 29" tall. This will vary slightly with each manufacturer and their true size but I doubt it will make a big difference.
