19,5 wheels

hey guys I want to put 19.5 wheels on my truck can I just get 4 an use the inner as 16" or I have to get all 6 as 19.5 thanks in advance.

My first dialysis. A 2017 Z71 High Country. Has 17.5's on now. I would like to put 19.5's or 20's on. Will I need to do any lifting for this, and will it adversely affect the towing capability? I have a 17 k 5th wheel.
