B2600 weber on a B2200?

I have a 38 Dges weber from a mazda b2600. I noticed that the b2600s have the intake on the other side and the throttle cable hookups are different. Is there any way I can make this work or should I just junk the idea entirely?

you may be able to get just the adaptors and stuff for the 38 to 2200 setup.

I have the adapters and all, but the linkage goes the other way and the throttle cable is different. I'm not sure if I can just turn the carb around and everything work as supposed to
