Ranger cobra brake conversion

I'm looking for the guy who makes the custom hubs and mounting brackets for the cobra brakes. If anyone has his contact info I would appreciate it.

Or someone tell me which hub I have to machine down to do so and what thickness of metal to make the bracket for the calipers out of
