need some help please

having a prob with the front going up batts all charged up it is a 2 pump set up with wammy tank rear lifts fine and it is snapy like charged batty should be ok so the front lifts real slow and then clicks like a dead batt changed the sol. same thing i was thinking maybe pump head our the motor was going bad. it is on a 36 volt sys.any help would be great thanks

could be a couple things. bad pump motor. not grounded. what are the hydraulics on? also using a wammy tank check make sure u have plenty of fluid lay it out and fill the tank..........heavier cars will drag ass lifting front up if batterys are low voltage or not charged....... check make sure u dont have a bad solenoid also. even if you replaced it.
