static drop 97 sport

i am looking at static dropping a 97 1500 sport. i am likely going to use a djm kit, they offer a 2/4 or a 4/6. i wonder that it is already a little low being a sport model. if so i am assuming it is a factory 2/4, so wonder if i went with the 4/6 if that would lower it from a factory non-sport ride height? i don't have the truck right now, so i can't measure anything right now.

so i'm just looking for a little insight on this if any one knows much about these trucks. thanks.
