C10 vs C30

I found a C30 I am thinking of building up. Its a single wheel and I was wondering if anyone knew if the front suspension is the same or not. I think I might get it and keep it 8 bolt, but just want to make sure the front can be dropped no problem. I know there are a lot of options out there for other front clips, but how similar is the front end to a C10?

Frame is 2" taller than the c10.
Suspension basics are same as C10
Cross member is same as C10
Spindles are different than C10

The suspension is similar in design but the C30 parts are heavier, a C10 front xmember will bolt in to a C30 if you wanna switch it up to 1/2 ton 5 lug. If you wanna get into a C30 drw I can set you up with an 86 3+3 that is in pretty decent shape and just begging to be made into a ride.
