Dump valve leaking

ive got a leak coming out of one of my SMC dump valves when the car is aired up so when i take it apart what should i look for? Its about 3 years old, do i need to replace the seals?

look for a tear in the diaphram, if not just clean it gently and reinstall. you are looking for a dirt particle or something to that extint very small.
