Door Poppers

I decided to install my Autoloc shaved door setup on my 93 Caprice wagon over the weekend. Im having a hard time with the poppers. Everywhere I have tried to install them they wont pull straight down. Anyone have any pics or some info on how they installed theirs?

what i did was use a pulley from the hardware store and a longer cable hope this helps

you dont have to have the popper mounted straight down, you can mount it anywhere. get a longer cable and like LR said above use a pulley system

thats what i did, bolted a pulley strait down from the latch and the popper mounted sideways in the door.
