6prong vs 3 prong. whats the difference. i mean besides the number of prongs. where can i find a diagram on them.

i am planning on building a switchbox with front up\downall up\downback up\down

and will have 8 valves. thanks in advance.

6 prong is basically 2 3prongs in 1 housing, the terminals are not connected in the switch. If you want run 2 valves on 1 switch it has to be at least 6prong, 4 valves 12prong. For what you want to do you need 2 6prong & 1 12prong. You have to wire all the power in (center) terminals together, but all of the power out have to be seperate.

left up - - up right 12v power - - power left down - - down right

thats how it would be wired?
