Just like I said. The wheels are 10 lug (10x285.75mm to be exact). Just because they have an adapter (8x6.5 to 10x285.75) bolted to them does not make them a direct bolt 8 lug wheel.

I could. I would need some information off the wheels first to make sure that it is feasible. Hub bore and actual lug pattern of the wheels.
