 I relocated my pump underneath my truck. Now that i try and lock it up, theres oil coming out of the plug on top of reservoir and from the block it self where the oil goes toward the cylinders and motor still cranks fine. N E help will be appreciated thanxs!

do you mean the oil is coming from where the reservoir meets the mounting block?

no its leaking from the filler plug and also from the block port

the filler plug is prolly leaking for pressure inside the tank, which isnt bad, just teflon it and tighten it up..  as for the pressure port. first guess is gonna be that it need teflon tape and tighten.
