im wondering what to use to stock floor body drop my crew cab? 2x2 ?, 2x3 ?, 1/4 thick ?, 3/8 thick ? and what do i plate it with 3/16?
advice and pics would be awsome im just guna stock floor under the cab then do a stock frame back hafe cuz i have a kp 6link

I use 3x4 with 3/16 wall.

This would have been somthing to mention when you asked what size tubing. You could probly use 3x3 but I would use .250 wall. ---------------------------------------------

Sounds to me like it's way over your head.
There is a lot of stuff needing fabbed and if right up front you have no ideaon metal to use, then it sounds like to much to handle.
Safety is a huge issue here.
3x3 .120 is good, .250 is better but 2x3 will work depending on bracing and over all use of vehicle. .
