I looked at the pictures in your photobucket and it looks like your doing some nice work. Have one question in the build pictures and your 3d model I only see the two lower bars, are you planning on making a parallel or a triangulated 4 link?

im going to be running a triangulated 4 link thanks for throwin thoes up there for me and the welder is a powermig 255c

no i hammer formed them all out of 1/8 in plate if you use the ones like your talking about the only way to get the same radius on the corners of the 2x4 is to grind all your weld out and is not structurally sound i made both sides of the bend then used 1/8" x 3/4" strip on the top and bottom of the curve
