We are currently fixing a 2001 S10. We will be redoing all of the suspension and have a bodywork completely ready for paint when it leaves. Spring pocket was cut wrong a caused a tear in the frame Another hacked spring pocket cut A/C box was not reworked so tire rubbed hole in box another spring pocket pic New front cross member going in Fuel cell cradle being fabricated Shane laying down them dimes on some previously bad welds Fuel fitted into cradle Another Fuel Cell pic
Bondo was over 1/4" thick on most of the bed Handmade tail lights fillers The rollpan was held on by three tack welds and bondo Another shot of the tacked on rollpan and the over 1/4" bondo again they filled a tear in the bedrail with bondo Rear end welded up and ready for bondo and blocking Handmade tail light buckets Tail light buckets welded in solid LED tail lights test fitted

Everything is looking good man. That "tear" in the frame isnt a tear tho, they just cut too far and went past where the two pieces of metal join.
