Im working on another set for a different customer as well now. These ones will be for a 88-98 FSC truck. These ones are going to be a bit different tho.
I will post up some completed pics of the ram spindles here in the next couple of days. I just have a bit more welding left on them.

They look 100 times better and probably FUNCTION better than a set of spindles I had made for me....
Question about the 2.95" parts that took 8 hours. Were the done on a WJ?

Yea, it was on a water jet. It took freaking forever. It was 7hrs 44min or something like that in the long run.
I was really concerned about the kerf on the cut, so i let it go VERY slow to make it minimal, came out very square in the long run and worked great.

Taylor on the 88-98 spindles you are building. are you machining the factory spindle to get the snout for the rotor and such or are you making a new one?

Im probably going to machine a 5" diam slug to the tapered shaft that the bearing rides on, and then the locking nut as well, but i havent decided yet for sure. I thought about converting it to a hub, like this one.
