HID's on a 79 burban?

Any tips on how to get some HID's on a 79 suburban?  I figured i can just go in there and do what it has to do to make it work, but if there is a certain way people do it, id like to do it the proper way.

just get the conversion headlights and then a h4 hid kit worked on mine
