laid out HD guys... question about camber

ok. not sure how many HD guys are on here but i'm sure it carries over anyway. i've got serious camber issues when riding low. i almost have to ride at full height to stop tire wear and with my 22s it's killing the inside wall. i'm currently running McGaughy's spindles and DJM upper and lower arms. 
my idea was to raise the uppers about 2" to reduce some camber. but i'm not sure if it will hurt me at all either.
 
please let me know any ideas you guys might have.
