94 dakota fuel probs??

ok i have a 94 dakota 3.9l that i recently juiced and installed a fuel cell and aftermarket fuel pump.  The problem i am having is the truck runs for about 10 minutes the fuel pump starts surging and then the truck stalls out.  i have checked fuel pressures changed multiple parts, still the same thing happens..no one i have talked to can figure this out not even the dodge house.  i am getting a 35 code when i run them, i believe thats the idle air motor which i have changed.  is there anything special u have to do to fool the computer or what am i missing?? thanks for the help
