Kinetik Battery woes

anyone know who I can contact about getting a battery replaced I've emailed ra@kinetikaudio.com twice and haven't gotten a response. 

I dont get on here allot but this was brought to my attention... YES we are still finalizing the relocation etc and its taken forever lol but should be back to normal this week or next and YES we are way behind and a bit slow but we should be caught up soon enough!  email me if you have any questions or needs that do not get handled in a timely mannor at erikh@kinetikaudio.com   Thanks for the support everyone!!

dang, I just emailed you 2 seconds ago about the thread and you already got on and posted. That is some quick response.

I've been in contact with Erik and he is handling my problem and writing back to my emails in a timely manner. Thanks for the help from other members
