Kinetik Battery woes

Do any of you guys have contacts @ kinetik? I have a KHC1800 that died on me and won't take a charge now after 6 months and I realllllly need a new one asap as my 300 is now sitting without a battery because I made the battery tray to fit the kinetik and nothing else. Any help is appreciated homies!

Have you check their website? When i was looking it gave a whole list of email for contact.

Yea I gave them a ring yesterday but their phone system says that it will be down while they move and should be back up by November 9th, and then it redirects me to someones voicemail in accounts receivable. I have yet to hear back from them in email.

Get in contact with Erik...he'll take care of you for sure. He took care of me on my batts and has taken care of a club member no questions asked. He's a stand up guy.

go to Auto Zone and get a bat then take it back when you get yours fixed

Hydroholics.net (as stated above) sells the HC1800's for $199 plus freight (usually about $30). I can have one drop shipped to you, but I can't guarantee it'll go out right away since they're in the middle of re-locating. That battery should be under warranty. Where did you buy it from?

They will no doubt take care of you, just send an email and they will get back with you. And as stated before, go buy a cheap Auto Zone battery the size you need for the time being.

i heard today from a supplier they have already went under but are coming back with a diffrent name.
