trying to find out any info on this blazer?!?!?!?!?!?!

so i got this blazer a few weeks ago.im just seeing if anyone has ever seen or know who did thework on it.from what i can tell its done mostly right..i belive the guy who did this was from alabama..any info would be great,if not tell what you think
