Over the past couple of years I have spent a good bit of time here on this site talking with a great group of people. Many of which, I know in person, or by this computer screen, non-the-less many of you guys have become what I would consider, a close friend,.. family. Many of you guys I've talked with on and off line for quit some time and many of you know the struggle with cancer that my dad has been fighting for the past few years. You guys were always there to lend kind words, praise and prayers. You all know who you are. So I wanted to, but unfortunatly, inform you guys that shortly after 7:30am this morning (Jan 6) my father passed away...
I wanted to thank all of you for everything, for your prayers, for you words, and for everything you've done. I will always be there for you the same. Thank you.
I love you dad, I am forever with you... and I know you are forever with me...

Our hearts go out to you in your time of loss.
I lost both of my parents in a two month period about 2 years ago. My Mom had been battling cancer for 5 years and we had just found out she only had @ 3 months to live. A week later, my "healthy as a horse" Dad dropped over from a massive heart attack. You never know what will happen or why but you take comfort in the fact that he is in a better place that is free of pain and suffering.
From all of your friends at DS please let us know if there is anything we can do to help.
