Unsafe Suspension Ticket HELP

Well today i went to court about my unsafe susp ticket. I told the judge i can get it signed off if he were to give me another week.
 
So i came to the conclusion i gotta put some kind of stoppers in. The cop will sign it off as long as it doesnt lay on the ground. I have an idea for the back stoppers, but not for the front. Any ideas??? If i cant get it signed off i gotta pay the bs fine!!  Please help lol

if you are running shocks in the front just put new ones on that will bottom out

How much is the ticket?

i got one of those once in Ca back in 03 got it signed off still wanted to give me a fine so i traded it in for a new car and didnt have to pay the fine... oh the high school days lol
