When custom fabing your rear air setups, what size tubing do you nomally run

Do not run pipe!!! It is not meant for structural applications.For a 4 link setup I run 1-1/4" .120 wall chromoly. It's $4.40 a foot where I get it from. I use 3/4" heims with 5/8" misalignment spacers.

Totally dependant upon what you are building (bridge, link bar, crossmember), how loads are being applied to it and the vehicle itself.

clearly im getting ripped offf,,,,or maybe not. the metal comany i called, $11.60 per ft. on a 20ft stick $232. Is this right or what???

around our area, that's the going rate. southern steel was my best answer, and it was around the $250 mark.
