How do you fill the bottom pump? Did you make a fill pipe? I see something behind the top pump but can't make it out.  How hot is it out there? My house was 104 yesterday and 103 today making me not want to work on mine.

The fitting you see is the filler for the bottom pump. I turned the tank so that the filler on the tank is facing the quarter panel. I put an elbow fitting on it and ran a piece of hardline up behind the top pump to another fitting that a cap threads into. I felt like I was swimming in my spare tire well today. You can see my air conditioner/13" fan aimed right at the trunk. It is hot, but it's nothing new.
