Extending Rockers to make truck lay body?

I think its important to recognize that the green s10 is body dropped. He didn't extend the rockers 3" to lay body, he just helped out the 22 to hood clearance being body dropped.

He didn't extend the rockers 3" to lay body, he just helped out the 22 to hood clearance being body dropped. --------------------------------------------- i'm glad someone brought that up. if you are serious about extending your rockers to lay body that's cool, whatever floats your boat, but if your just making another " i'm just trying to prove a point" threads they're getting old.... also if you are only planning on running 18's or 20's even why would you need to extend your rocker at all? i was always under the impression people extend the rockers was so they could stuff some oversize rollers on their ride. i mean what are your plans, bagging the truck to make it lay frame and then extending the rockers 2"-3"? it won't look right unless you extend the bumpers/ rollpan as well, otherwise the only part that will be laying is the rockers. i say just BD the truck normally.
