98 chevy,What to expect?

My daily is bagged and will lay on 20's.  Recently put 22's on it but haven't moved all the under hood stuff yet to let it lay again.  Probably will next week and wondering if it'll still lay frame.  It's got 2 1/2" drop spindles and stock arms. Besides shortening cups what else should I look for? Will the upper ball joints bind? Lower mounts are already clearanced and frame is notched  for steering linkage. Thanks for any insite.
