With the 1 5/8" die if you are going to be using it alot you will want a hydraulic one, I have used them with 1" and 1 1/4" before and thought it wouldnt be that bad with the 1 5/8" but it was a workout. I made mine with one of the cylinders and pumps off my frame rack and it works great.

Right on. I won't be bending anything bigger than 1.5". I just know that the specs on JD2's website say max wall thickness is .120, but I figured people were bending thicker than that. Now I know...thanks for the replies fellas.
