the brake is going to camber the exact same as the wheel since its attached thats all I can get from the question, and its not overly technical

Bom Dia!!! If I understand correctly you are asking if the weight of the vehicle will make a difference on camber?  If it is sitting on the ground then it will not change camber regardless of weight.  Good luck.Tchau

You will get camber change from things flexing. Bushings flex, arms flex, the frame flexes. You WILL have camber change. How much is impossible to say, there are too many variables.
