I got a 86 c10 on 22x9.5s with 285/30/22s (28.7" tall). Will I be able to lay with a 1.5 Z and 2.5 spindles? I was told anymore than that would require tranny tunnel And steering modification. I won't be body dropping it, thanks in advance.

Keith at Nfamus did a 1.75 Z on Chris's truck...and it lays true rail on what i think equals a 265/35/22....I did a 2.5 on an 85 a lil while back and I didn't have to mod the tranny tunnel...ive heard of 3 inch z's on square bodies without moddifying the tunnel....a 2.5 will be perfect.

Just trying to be informed so i know what to expect when looking for someone to do it
well mine with the 2" i have to put another joint in the steering to keep it from rubing on the control arm
Steering shaft bolted right up...I had to notch and reinforce the upper arm with a piece of pipe....i'll see if i have a pic laying around....I don't think so though...
