2DR 2WD Tahoe drop shackles

anyone know how or have pics of how you move the filler neck to install drop shackles on a 99 2dr 2wd tahoe?

I had the same problem when i dropped mine so I looked into it and then found out that the only way to drop it is to add the flip kit or new leafs...
