Kp 6 link. 4 link mount snapped!!

3 days now and no call back...i called them again and got the same story. Im tired of waiting around for an answer so i guess ill just weld it up myself, bad customer service imo.

Since KP got bought out, their customer service went into the shitter... I will never buy KP again. IF you look on GMFS, there has been problems with KP and they just don't give a shit anymore.

yea Kp went WAYYYYYY down hill after the buy in, i cant get shit done with them. I did a buy in with them and everything and still get treated like shit. I had a hell of a time just getting some prices on grant kustoms product. thats the ONLY reason i ever call them anymore. I got a Chris alston chassis works catalog and its about 200 pages, and only 3 or 4 are kp products. and everything is WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY over priced! they are now a company focused on rich retired farts with just too much money and have projects.

IM just gonna weld it up...they called me back a little while ago and said they cant do nothing about it and i could buy a new bracket for 150 bucks....NO THANKS!     I agree on their bushings being shitty also.

i know 4 people w/ bushing isssues & kp's customer service on product failure has really changed my opinion of the company.

I called kp about three weeks ago and a setup for my truck with two notches and two bags was over $2020.00 bucks! WITH OUT SHIPPING!
