has anyone used Hertz ES300 subs?

I want to know if anyone has used the (Hertz ES300 12" subs). if so then what did you think of them and what did you have on them? Im thinking of running a set but never seen them or heard them. i was told they are like the JL w3's. Any info would be grate..

my buddie dougs bagged grand am with 6 hertz 12s in it premier audio concepts here in flint sells alot of them seems like really nice stuff
