S-10 tie rod question

Anyone know the thread size and pitch of S-10 inner and outter tie rod ends? Also if one is RH thread and if one is LH thread.

The inner is LH thread and the outter is RH thread. As far as the thread size I'm pretty sure its 5/8-18. That's the die I used to chase the RH threads on my outter tierods!
