I get almost everything from Joel. And even being in Canadia, his turn around (includng shipping) is just as fast as the local laser shop that's within driving distance.

Hahahaha thats hilarious id like to see anything other than a lazer of waterjet cut through anything thicker that 1/8 and still have the quality of a lazer... with no clean up!

I have very clean cuts on my cnc plasma but I also have alot invested in the system, no where near a laser $250K. Just because theres a little clean up with a wire wheel don't mean it don't have a clean cut. I have very clean smooth cuts, A tiny bit maybe 2deg of kerf but I have never had a complaint on my cuts. And to be honest if you have a good servo machine and know how to program it with a oxy-fuel setup you can get clean cuts on really thick material. In my opinion there is absolutly no need for laser unless you have very very very strict tolarances or a $20,000 frame.
