lug patter question

My cousin has a set of 22s off his 2008 ford f250 special edition i noticed there 6 lug.. Is it the same pattern as my 89 mazda b2200??

I don't think so. I know the navigators are slightly different

F250 should be 8 lug not 6

if it's a 6 lug it's a 6 x 135 not the same pattern.
