What would i have to do to change my truck over to a 04 chevy 4.8 i have a 86 square body chevy right now and how hard would it be

engine, harness (modified stock one or aftermarket), PCM, transmission (if you want it to be controlled by the PCM)
mounts, and probably custom intake and exhaust
