2002 silverado wit 22s

so my buddy went the cheap way and had someone else bag his truck and they did a hack job so now i gotta go back and re do everything so it will actually lay...whats the best way to deal with all the wiring up front so nothing rubs...do i need to tub the firewall? any info and pics help
