s10 steering wheel in my fullsize?

ok i have a '90 chevy fullsize and i hate the steering wheel. im not getting a billet one yet and i also hate the cheap aftermarket wheels...
but i love the wheel in my daily 99 blazer. what can i do to make 1 of those fit in my fullsize? what about the airbag? if its not plugged up will it not go off?
