I was going to wait till after Heritage to dismantle it for the last time, but the weather says rain and SEMA is just weeks away. So here is the current state of "Tweeters" Ram. Like I said, all the work people were hating on was temporary. I'm switching it over to hydraulics for dependability. We're cleaning up the chassis and getting it ready for paint. The completion date for the test drive is the 25th before SEMA and we're leaving in it to head out there on the 27th. I will post up pics of the progress on this thread.

Hydrolics for reliability? Really?

I love the idea's you have for this truck. Why are you switching from air to hydraulics? I thought air was more dependable. I know it's based on how well lines are run and installed but with hydraulics there is always more maintenance. Since you plan on switching from air to hydro's are you going to change the setups in the front and rear? I love what you did with the front with the big bags, straight axle, and cantilever setup.

i would have thought bags would have been more reliable, but i guess anything can be reliable if it's built well. but i do think hydros are a better idea with the clearance issues, trying to fit the bags in there. but if you keep the bags in the grille, i guess you got the room.

i'm just looking forward to seeing pics from sema of it finished and everyone shocked at how clean it is. i hope!
