Hi guys where can I find 24.5 wheels but low tires and the adapter from 8 to 10 lugs and could ship to Puerto Rico. Thank you guys

Low tires for 24.5's milled down to 24 - now that has a better group of options.
Check out forum member Lockone, Tennessee Wheel & Tire. He mills 'em down on a regular basis, can hook you up with wheels, tires, adapters, the whole thing.
