Pretty sure that size dome would fall into the 2xl size hat of a Flex Fit. Which we can get. They are slightly more than our normal s/m, l/xl pricing.

I ordered mine from FRED BEAR DESIGNS!!! Corinne has them in 2XL Flex Fit and trust me they FIT!!! L/XL just don't cut it for big noggins! LOL Instant head ache.

Yeah I have a huge head as well. I think 8 or larger for a fitted hat.
People put on my welding helmet and it falls over their eyes.

I thought my head was big. I wear a L/XL helmet comfortably, but my riding buddy Brandon has an 8 3/4 head. He could only find on company that made a mountain bike helmet that would fit him. That's a big head!

i wear that size depending on the hats, but my little shop hat is L/XL flexfit.
